KeceDo

A task manager that shows students the one task that needs them right now.

KeceDo — cover
Eisenhower matrix view organizing tasks into four quadrants
Calendar with color-coded dot indicators for task deadlines
Statistics screen with completed task overview and progress card

Challenge

University students don't lack to-do lists — they lack prioritization. Tasks pile up flat and undifferentiated, deadlines slip, and academic performance follows. The brief was to make the decision of "what do I work on right now?" instant.

Approach

We built KeceDo around the Eisenhower Decision Matrix: every task is automatically organized into Do First, Schedule, Delegate, or Eliminate based on urgency and importance. A visually rich calendar with color-coded dots surfaces deadlines at a glance, and dynamic progress charts keep momentum visible — all in SwiftUI with SwiftData persistence.

Result

Students open the app and immediately see the one task that needs their attention instead of a wall of undifferentiated to-dos — with deadline tracking, quadrant filtering, and daily completion stats keeping the whole workload organized in one place.
